Volkswagen amazed Germany with their new Passat campaign, with their new advertisements they proved to be front runner in innovation. The car company showcased the future in a special supplement in the newspaper “Welt am Sonntag”. 200,000 Layared brochures were distributed amongst car dealers and business hotels in Germany like Radisson, Grand City Hotel, Mercure and Holiday Inn.
Thanks to Layar Volkswagen can take readers on a futuristic trip inside the new Passat model. By scanning the advertisements readers will see a short promotional video. Unique about these advertisements is the detailed way the elements of the model are highlighted. For example, the engine can be shown from every angle and can even be separated to get a more detailed view of every part on its own. The information display is enlightened and the Volkswagen Passats’ colour can be changed with only one swipe.
